ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and requirements; |

Access to many prime retail sites at reasonable costs.
- Knowledge of retail leasing.
- Assets or cash flow to meet all development objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of the local market.
- Franchising experience.
- Minimum of 2 designated people to attend all initial training.
- One person designated to make all operational decisions. |

strong business reputation and strong working relationships with local
government and local landlords Must comfortable embrace and commit
to Cinnamon City Internationals principals, growth and performance
